ARCHITECT
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with departments (MEP, structure, costing, interior design, …) to develop the project from Concept Design stage to Project completion stage under the supervision of team leader or owner design maintenance.
- Provide ideas in accordance with the request from the Owner including economic considerations and Structural and MEP solutions.
- Mastering and deploying architectural drawings from basic design to construction plans.
- Mastering the principles of design and detailed structure, techniques, materials, progress
- Learn and test to ensure the design process complies with applicable legislation and standards.
- Create accurate work products, ensure quality and meet project schedule
- Other tasks as requested by superiors

MEP ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Planning, organization development execution system MEP for assigned projects.
- Guide commander in chief, construction teams, sub-contractors, implement the work according to the specifications and drawings approved.
- Checking and deployment drawings/ plans/ blueprints and deployment, construction drawings and monitoring items MEP construction.
- In collaboration with the department deployment profile construction, profile, test, record settlement for the process.
- Coordination committee for the construction supervision, quality inspection, engineering, construction, pre-made test with the investor.
- Coordinate sales office design project, check out the technical design of the project, the dissection of the mass, support the work of the contractor.
- Other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENT
- Graduated university/college: majors related to system MEP.
- Proficient in office software, AutoCad.
- Have experience working in the construction 2-3 years.
- Dynamic, eager to learn, have the ability to access multiple technical areas in the industry MEP.

- In conjunction with the department (MEP, structural estimation, interior design, …) to the development project from the design stage ideas to the stage of finishing the project under the supervision of the team leader or chair design.
